PIPs Overview

Player Integrity Profiles (PIPS) allow a first glimpse into a person's character or character integrity. All you need to do is move the bar graph to indicate your assessment of a player with respect to a specific element. PIPS analysis will help you make certain predictions about another player's behavioral traits or moves because often qualities of character "constellate." Moreover, by assessing your own PIPS, you can obtain a reading on the ways your weaknesses will create particular vulnerabilities in light of another player's deficiencies (low integrity scores), for often our failings or deficiencies by some misfortune of attraction will "lock in" to the perversities of another. PIPS will also enable you to pinpoint your strengths which by the same principle will enhance another player's virtues. (See Principle of Positive Multiplier)

As profiles are accumulated for a player (either contributed by you or others on your team), Artful Navigator can summarize the profiles.

The buttons at the top of the PIPs window do the following:

• Add New - to add a new player to the PIPs database.
• Delete - to the delete the record that is current visible from the database.
• Comments - to enter any comments about the player or PIPs anaysis.
• Summarize - to summarize all the records for a player into an averaged PIPs analysis.
• Help - to get this Help topic.
• Return - to return to the Five Rings
