The great Shawnee war chief, Tecumseh, drew the tides of Indian peoples together and like T. E. Lawrence a century later, wrote his will across the sky in stars. By many reliable sources report that Tecumseh regularly anticipated the movements of his American enemies, prophesized the time, place, and other specific conditions of the great earthquake of 1810 and foretold the exact circumstances of his own death in battle.
