The one-day workshop, Artful Negotiating: Turning Adversity To Advantage For Yourself And Others, costs $245 if you register no later than one month before the start of a workshop. Later registrations cost $295. The fee includes a copy of Piloting Through Chaos: Wise Leadership ˇ Effective Negotiation for the 21^st Century, a copy of the software program, The Artful Navigator^TM, and membership in The Logos Network. We accept checks, made payable to Seattle V.I.P. Services, and credit cards. You are not considered registered until we have received your completed Registration Form and payment in full.

Additional copies of The Artful Navigator cost $295 and include a copy of the book, Piloting Through Chaos, and membership in The Logos Network. Single copies of Piloting Through Chaos, cost $19.95. (Those costs do not include shipping and handling, and any applicable taxes.)

Seattle V.I.P. Services handles registration by phone, fax, email, or mail. They can also help you with any travel or lodging arrangements.

If you cancel ten or more days prior to a workshop, you will receive a refund, less a $75 cancellation charge. You cannot receive a refund for a no show or cancellation within ten days of a workshop. But we can arrange to have a copy of The Artful Navigator and Piloting Through Chaos, shipped to you. Name changes or date substitutions can be made at any time.

If none of the public workshop dates work for you, we can arrange for small group or individual instruction. We can also bring Artful Negotiating to your site and certify your trainers.
